The HEDST Associate Degree Program is a two-year program, where participants alternate between periods of class work and on-the-job work experience at the student鈥檚 sponsoring Caterpillar dealership. Technical and academic instruction is provided at South Georgia Technical College in Americus, Georgia.
The John Deere TECH Program at South Georgia Technical College is specifically designed to advance the skill level of new John Deere service technicians. Program participants are prepared to excel in today鈥檚 high-tech, fast-paced field of agricultural mechanization 鈥揳 career path with excellent employment opportunities.
Yobo体育 works with MetroPower in training welding and electrical construction workers through a cooperative education workforce development program that gives students an opportunity to earn income with MetroPower while earning a diploma at Yobo体育. Students learn the electrical, mechanical, construction, maintenance, and service industry through a unique combination of academic and on-the-job training.
