Welcome to the Registrar’s Office!

Overview

The Office of the Registrar serves as custodians of student records. The office oversees graduation applications and ceremonies, HOPE Scholarship applications and evaluation, and is responsible for a wide variety of services, such as transcript requests (from South Georgia Technical College), evaluation of transferable credit from external colleges and universities, course catalog maintenance, and class schedule adjustments. YoboÌåÓý’s professional and courteous staff will eagerly assist and serve students from registration and beyond graduation.

Some of the forms you may need:

	Request for your official YoboÌåÓý transcript
	Request for credits from another college to be transferred to YoboÌåÓý
	Drop current classes
	Verify your enrollment/hours at YoboÌåÓý
	Apply for a certificate you’ve earned (must submit to advisor first)
Graduation Application	Apply for graduation
	Get a reprint of a certificate/diploma that has already been earned (Charges will apply)
Release of Information	Give anyone other than yourself (parents, employers) permission to have access to your permanent records.
	Become a transient student at a HOST Technical College
